Kilcher is a software engineer, basketball addict, scatterbrain, and emotikon currently stationed in the outskirts of Tokyo. Hobbies include sleeping, watching TV shows, emoting, and taking pictures of herself (emotive self-portraits rule!). She also tries to write something sensible when inspiration strikes.

KILCHER

  • is a self-confessed couch/futon potato.

  • is very very lazy but can be fussy about several things and can also be obsessive-compulsive sometimes.

  • can go a whole month without any gimik thus earning the monicker Ang Ermitanya ng Nakagawara (her first apartment in Tokyo is in Nakagawara)

  • has a very long name that she hates.

  • now wants to watch the anime Bleach because someone told her she reminds him of Kukichi Rukia.

  • can remember lines from movies and tv shows but always forgets birthdays and names.

  • can multitask like the best of ‘em.

  • can’t think straight or focus on one thing for a significant amount of time – she’s always jumping from one topic to another.

  • has sinusoidal mood swings (thank goodness, hindi sawtooth or triangular) – happy one minute and depressed the next.

  • is addicted to the Seattle Storm and the awesomeness of Sue Bird and Lauren Jackson.

  • hates the LA Sparks.

  • got her internet handle from one of her favorite singers – Jewel Kilcher. Jewel’s You Were Meant For Me still remains her favorite song. Ironically, she still couldn’t memorize the chords to the bridge part despite learning the whole song since high school.

  • is a self-confessed jerk. But she’s trying to build back ruined friendships. Really.

  • studied at a science high school (the one behind SM North) and graduated from one of the bloodiest and cruelest programs in UP – and she’s damn proud of it.

  • had 7 P.E. classes in college. Played varsity basketball, volleyball, and table tennis in high school. Tried her hand at fencing during the early parts of college and earned friends, free P.E. units, and several bruises in her right arm.

  • is scared of escalators, spiders, heights, and closed spaces.

  • has very very weak lungs and is allergic to cigarette smoke.
