Game!
1. Warm-up.

2. Stretching.

3. Work that upper body out.

4. Lower body exercise (to the left and back)

5. Lower body exercise (to the right and back)

6. Head exercise (make sure to do the 2nd part — IT WORKS!)

7. Whole body exercise (broken down into three sets)

8. Jumping exercise. The pose is the key but REMEMBER TO JUMP!

9. Relaaaaaaaaaaaaaxxxx.

WELL DONE. Now you can start working. Hee.
